AAHA registration for 2009-2010 season will take place on May 11, 13, 18, and June 15 from 6-8pm @ AFIC. Save $50 by registering by June 15, 2009. After June 15 additional fee of $50 is required. Registration is due by September 1, 2009. After September 1, skater will not be guaranteed a spot on a team. Parent Volunteers are needed to help with registration. Please note that USA Hockey has changed the official start date for the new season to May 1. See documents below for more information.
All required forms/items that must be turned in at time of registration are as follows:
1. Registration Package 2009-2010
***Complete both sides of the registration form. One per skater.
2. Waiver of Liability form
3. Consent to Treat form
4. WAHA Birth Record Document (see below for doc and procedure)
5. $50.00 per skater registration fee - non-refundable
If all of the forms/items listed above are not complete or presented at the time of registration, they will not be accepted.

Verify skater resides within the AAHA boundaries. Skaters interested in joining AAHA must reside within the boundaries of the city or school districts of Appleton, Black Creek, Hilbert, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, or Sherwood to register and join AAHA. If you reside in another city or school district you must register with the appropriate association such as Fox Valley, De Pere, Green Bay, Waupaca or Shawano or obtain a waiver to skate with AAHA prior to the season starting.
