For those who are new to SCRIP fundraising or are wondering how their family can participate, here are some tips from families who have been using SCRIP……
- Did you know that you can pay your Kohl’s charge bill with SCRIP fundraising gift cards? This means that you can still get all of your charge account holder benefits, including discounts, and then pay all or part of your bill with gift cards each month. The discount is 4%.
- Do you take sandwiches on the road with you? We do! You can purchase Subway (3%) or Cousins (9%) gift cards and use them to pay for your lunch!
- Have you been to the new store at Fox River Mall --- ULTA? Here, you can purchase name-brand beauty products for less than suggested retail. The discount on ULTA gift cards is 4%. Looking for discounted home goods or clothing, TJMaxx ( 7%) is near the mall, too!
- While you’re shopping at the mall, have a snack at Auntie Anne’s ( 8%) or Mrs. Field’s (10%). Or eat at TGI Fridays (9%), Chili's (11%) or Noodles & Co. (8%).
- Are you looking for a gift for someone who deserves dinner and a movie without the hassle of going out? How ‘bout a Blockbuster Single Move Card (15% ) for $3.79 and Domino’s $14 pizza and 2 liter certificate (25%)?
- Need a new ink cartridge or other office supplies? Both Office Max (5%) and Office Depot (4%) participate in SCRIP.
- Starbucks gift cards (7%) are great to give as gifts or to keep in the car as a treat for yourself! They are available in $10 & $25 denominations.
